This seminar is designed for anyone who oversees or is responsible for hiring, discipline, termination and policy making and implementation. Attendees would include human resource professionals, business owners, managers and accountants.
Discipline and discharge, along with the necessary documentation, are a headache for managers and a source of liability and lawsuits for employers. Employers can minimize both the likelihood of a lawsuit and the amount of liability by implementing some basic practices and educating human resource and supervisory personnel about employment law including proper hiring, discipline and discharge procedures.
