I. Health Reimbursement Arrangements HRA
This section will describe this very very new ruling (June 2002) which allows companies with high insurance premiums to raise the co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, etc. for its employees. This will obviously lower the premiums for 100% of the participants. The company can then design reimbursement strategies to protect the roughly 20% of the employees that will need that coverage. The course will use a master case which will describe how this is accomplished.

II. Complete HRA/MSAs
MSAs are less than 10 years old, and describes how individuals and/or groups may set aside savings to pay for medical expenses and if not used, could be transferred (with a penalty) to a retirement status two master cases will be discussed.

III. Flexible Spending Accounts FSAs
This section will concentrate on describing and implementing the various plans under Section 125. This will include premium only plans, Cafeteria Compensation, and a fairly new program commonly referred to as Flexible Benefits.
