This program is designed to assist attorneys and their legal staff develop complete, unambiguous written contracts from agreements and understandings reached during the negotiation phase of the deal. Our faculty will discuss usage of forms, strategies for addressing complex issues, identifying loopholes in the document, and how to prevent future litigation. Common corporate agreements, including acquisition, stockholder, confidentiality, and non-compete agreements will be used to enhance attendees practical understanding of these issues.
