This seminar is designed to provide a comprehensive update and practical
approach to current critical issues facing those who work in or deal with the
field of workers' compensation law. It is designed for those who already have
some working knowledge of workers' compensation claims handling and litigation.
You will be able to implement updated changes in the law in several aspects of
workers' compensation cases that typically present pitfalls in claims handling
and litigation defense. You and your company will also receive relevant updates
in the law and updates to the utilization review process.
