Adding to this complexity, the Washington Legislature and Department of Labor and Industries add or modify state requirements every year. Attend this seminar and learn how to navigate the maze of federal and state rules and ensure that your policies are in compliance. You'll walk away with the ability to confidently address time off concerns when they arise - including issues surrounding military leave, as well as wage and hour.
