Training Course Syllabus:

In our schools, homes and communities we are disturbed by continuing brutish behavior and submit to bullying in order to avoid escalating threats and feared potential violence. Yet it is the generally quiet victims who commit the shocking violence of murder. Effective interventions require that the bullies be calmed and that their victims be relieved of their rage and social helplessness. In order to increase community safety, we need them each to become adept at managing their own emotions and participate constructively in the behavior management of the workplace, classroom, family and community. This seminar will introduce fair relations based on restorative principles as a path to empowering leadership to make bullies and victims accountable and to provide a forum for them each to speak out on their own behalf. Learn more about the success of restorative practices and how you can begin to move your organization and community toward greater safety and collaboration!

Seminar highlights:

  • The restorative continuum of interventions
  • Transforming conflict into community strengths
  • A team of community leadership for transformation
  • Examples of success
