Growing organizations need capable managers to supervise remote locations.  The internet has made it possible for organizations to employ people literally around the world.  Contact is instantaneous, but real communication isn't as easy.  Despite the many advantages of a workforce located in multiple locations, the managers of such teams require special skills - the skills you will gain at this intensive 2-day program.

Gain the leadership qualities required to successfully manage multiple locations. When you're managing staff from a distance, you must make your presence felt by giving directions in an actionable, decisive manner. Your expectations must be clear, and you must be able to delegate. Any skills you need for face-to-face supervision/employee relationships must be even stronger in long-distance relationships.  At this seminar, you will learn how to acquire and project the leadership qualities essential to success.

Learn how to structure your remote team for maximum effectiveness. Discover which productivity measures give you the most accurate read on how your team is progressing, and learn how to encourage self-sufficiency without cutting yourself out of the situation.
