process of acquiring and entitling land in California. This complex and
frequently litigious process will be explored from start to finish. This seminar
will cover finding the site, making a deal, identifying regulatory and
functional constraints, and obtaining land use approval. We will tap into the
knowledge of attorneys and consultants with broad-ranging experience in
California real estate development projects to provide you with a comprehensive
understanding of the process.
