This complex and frequently litigious process will be explored from start to finish. This seminar will cover finding the site, making a deal, identifying regulatory and functional constraints, and obtaining land use approval. We will tap into the knowledge of attorneys and consultants with broad-ranging experience in California real estate development projects to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the process.

  • Identify potential development constraints
  • Get a handle on the approval hearing process
  • Make informed decisions regarding post-approval matters

  • The attendee will be able to explain real estate deals, the approval process and identify pitfalls.
  • The attendee will be able to identify regulations under planning and zoning laws, environmental laws and subdivision laws.

  • The attendee will be able to recognize constraints from traffic impacts.
