Training Course
Syllabus:
The Project Performance Management Workshop: Time, Cost and
Budget - Available for Onsite Training ONLY
While many project managers know the principles, theories and technical
knowledge that are required to run projects, they often lack the hands-on
know-how that’s needed to successfully take a project from a plan to its close.
This seminar goes beyond the project management “blueprint” outlined in the
PMBOK to guide you through the practicalities of its on-the-job application. In
just three days, you’ll gain practical experience to improve the performance of
your projects, with hands-on scenarios in building a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
converting it into a network schedule, constructing a budget and tracking
performance of actuals using Earned Value Management (EVM).
