Training Course
Syllabus:
Do you sometimes...
...Forget important deadlines?
...Forget to bring relevant items to meetings and discussions?
...Have difficulty remembering important information about clients?
...Unintentionally leave items in areas not designated for those items?
...Have difficulty remembering information presented during meetings or discussions?
...Have trouble recalling specific memories?
...Have trouble remembering names, dates & times?
...Read an entire page, then immediately forget what you just read?
If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, you need more structure, but structure is defined differently for each person.
It is important to use your own personal thinking style to create structures that make sense to you. This approach will allow you to utilize your own cognitive strengths to retain and recall new information - even when under pressure.
What are the training objectives for this program?
Participants will learn how to:
* Retain & recall information from classes, meetings, and conversations
* Communicate their message to ensure it's remembered the way they want
* Apply personal memory strategies to improve their overall efficiency at work
* Move information from their short-term to long-term memory quickly & easily
* Improve their concentration & observation skills to improve their overall memory skills
* Recall memories quickly
What makes this program different?
Most memory improvement books and seminars recommend a variety of rigid techniques and exercises that, for the most part, can be effective. Unfortunately, these techniques and exercises often require a great deal of effort and time, and don't always work for everyone - particularly in a busy work environment.
Therefore, our memory program does not focus on complex techniques or lengthy mental exercises. Instead, we will show participants how to use your natural way of thinking and preferred learning style to retain and recall information. This is not a gimmick; it is a practical, proven method to improve their memory skills.
