FMLA And Military Leave Webinar-
Human Resources / Management Webinar
Program Description:
Just when you thought it was safe to issue a
final version of your employee handbook, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
was changed — again!
The U.S. Department of Labor recently issued a Final Rule to implement changes
to the military leave provisions of the FMLA, to implement amendments to the
hours of service requirements made by the Airline Flight Crew Technical
Corrections Act, to clarify existing regulations related to intermittent leave,
and to make other clarifying changes. Whew! You need to be sure that your
organization is in compliance — and you need to do it fast.
This webinar will ensure that you not only know the changes — you understand
how to implement them.
We’ll ensure that you know how to bring your organization’s policy up to speed,
how to change your administrative processes to conform to these new provisions,
and how to inform managers and employees of their rights and responsibilities
