programs and projects up to $68 billion in cost
•Skilled in developing feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design
planning and management, project controls management, conceptual and detailed
estimating, claims analysis and dispute resolution services for a broad range of
construction projects
•His work has centered on pursuing and winning projects involving government
facilities, schools and colleges, fire stations, heavy civil remediation,
airports/aerospace, industrial facilities, mining, transportation, power
generation and distribution, pipelines, refineries and petrochemical/process
facilities
•Experience includes bidding and negotiating new work, project development,
construction management, financial analysis,
engineering-procurement-construction management (EPCM), engineering, procurement
and construction (EPC) and construction management (CM) at risk, estimating,
planning and scheduling and conceptual design
