In this program, you will learn how to:

* Properly set up a training or meeting room to create an effective learning environment
* Quickly recognize each employee's preferred learning & thinking style
* Adapt your instruction & content to the audience type (before & during the training)
* Use positive body language to increase employee participation during the training or meeting
* Create an effective (and efficient) mix of lecture, materials, activities, and breaks
* Use PowerPoint to remain focused while still encouraging active employee participation
* Communicate effectively with unmotivated & difficult employees in a classroom or meeting

We focus on the latest findings in brain-based learning to show your trainers/facilitators how to communicate for maximum effect (see Learning & Thinking Styles). Specifically, they will learn how to keep your employees motivated and focused during the training to ensure excellent retention - and equally important, they will show your employees how to immediately transfer their new knowledge and skills back to the workplace.

Group Rate: $2,500 (up to 30 participants)
or
Per Person Rate: $195 (minimum of 5 participants)
NOTE: Add 10% to the listed rates when the class takes place within a major city.
These rates include:
* A 1-day interactive training class customized to your specifications
* Delivery of the class at a location and time of your choosing
* All Target Learning administration and travel expenses
* A workbook for each participant containing all the trainer strategies
* Worksheets to apply the strategies using their personal thinking style
* Six months of access to your instructor after the training class
