Professionals of all orientations are involved in organizational response to traumas and tragedies. Whether it is BCP, COOP or other emergency management programs, most focus on security, IT and infrastructure. Yet, it is usually the "HT" (human technology) that requires services and maintenance.
This program will provide guidelines to managers at all levels as to how to build and maintain workforce resilience after a crisis. Large scale examples such as 911, Marathon bombing, natural disasters will be utilized. Also, others such as layoffs, death of employee at work and workplace violence will also be discussed.
