Risk Assessments as part of your HIPAA/HITECH and Meaningful use Compliance Webinar Time: Time: 10:00 AM PST, 01:00 PM EST
Duration: 90 Minutes
Instructor: Claire Cieri
The OCR HIPAA audit team found that there is a lack of risk analysis and risk management enterprise wide. Not having a risk analysis will lead to failing a HIPAA audit and a Meaningful Use Audit which, in turn, will either deprive your entity of needed funds or take away already spent funds. This webinar will show you how to keep your risk level low and your compliance high by illustrating how your clinic can mitigate your current and future risks to your patients´ PHI.
Why Should you Attend

This should not be news to any providers since it is a requirement of the HIPAA/HITECH security rule.
