Employment Laws Certificate Program

Summary

If you supervise at least one employee you need to have a thorough understanding of Employment Laws in order to avoid costly lawsuits, judgments, settlements and to reduce employee complaints and claims. Now more than ever before due to the staggering increase of EEOC Lawsuits, we need to ensure our Managers and Supervisors' interactions and relations with employees are compliant with federal and state employment laws. One single lawsuit can have damaging and costly effects to the organization. This training covers everything HR, Managers and Supervisors need to know to comply with the laws and to protect employers. In just two days with our expert trainers you will get your Certificate in Employment Laws. Remember that it is always better to deal with issues "in-house" rather than in the "court-house".

* Lunch Included

* Free consulting service on questions related to Certificate Program for 12 months starting the day of the seminar. Participant will be provided with an email address and a response will be received within 48 hours.

* This activity has been approved for 12.75 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
