Why Should you Attend
Being the sole HR representative can be a lonely job. Quite often the person with the HR responsibility also has another job, if not several other jobs in the organization. The person with the HR responsibility generally takes on that job with little training and little expectation of what it takes. As a result laws may be violated, errors may be made, that can potentially be damaging to the organization exposing the company to fines and lawsuits.
