Established in 1977, SuccessSystems, Inc. designs and delivers training programs for all kinds, all sizes of organizations. Our president, Sam Lloyd, was the Assistant Dean for Continuing Education in the School of Business at U. of Missouri-St. Louis and the Director of the Management Development Center for the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University before starting SuccessSystems in 1977.
Vice President, Tina Berthelot, has a background in Human Relations and in the investments industry with two brokerage firms. She has been with SuccessSystems, Inc. since 1983 and has been the principal trainer for a number of the company’s important clients such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, County of San Bernardino, CA, Roche of Colorado, City of Longmont, CO and others.
Between them, Tina and Sam have authored four books, Developing Positive Assertiveness, Self-Empowerment, Leading Teams: The Skills for Success, and Accountability: Managing for Maximum Results. A fifth book, Achieving A Balance Life, is scheduled for publication in late 2004.
