What should I bring with me?
Please bring your signed Admission Ticket which will be mailed to you along with your invoice, and pen and paper for notes.
What time should I arrive for the class?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each class. Registration begins at 8:30. Classes start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch and parking are on your own. Some facilities have on-site restaurants while others have eating establishments nearby.
Is parking available?
Unless otherwise noted, you are responsible for your parking arrangements.
What if I am unable to attend?
If you cannot attend a seminar please contact Oakley and Associates in advance to send someone to take your place. If you cancel your attendance, Oakley and Associates will give you a complete refund if you cancel more than three weeks before your seminar begins. If you cancel with less than three weeks’ advance notice, you will be responsible for the entire seminar fee. To cancel, simply call our registrar at 1-800-349-1935. In fairness to all attendees, if you do not attend a seminar session for which you are confirmed and do not contact Oakley and Associates to cancel in advance, you will be charged the entire seminar fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Is there a dress code?
Casual business wear is appropriate. Some meeting rooms may be cool so we recommend a light jacket.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. A 10 percent discount is offered to groups of 4 or more.
