Cancellation Policies
Private Group Sessions
All private group sessions are contracted sessions. If a cancellation or
rebooking is required, please contact our customer service department directly.
Please refer to the Cancellation Terms of your contract.
Public Group Sessions:
Most of our public group sessions are typically kept to smaller, more
intimate sessions, thus allowing us a better opportunity to interact with each
participant. Therefore, all registrations are considered confirmed at the time
of registration and confirmation of payment. A cancellation will only be
considered if 60 days notice (prior to the session date) is given, as this will
allow our team enough time to find another registrant for that session date. Any
cancellations made with less than 60 days notice prior to the session date are
not eligible for refund. However, any registration made for a Trained By Pros
session/program is eligible to be transferred to another session date if
required.
Please provide as much notice as possible. We request that a minimum of 30 days
notice be provided, but 60 days is preferred.
Satisfaction Policy
Our training programs are designed to provide each participant with powerful,
specific, real-life skills, tools and knowledge to make them more effective in
what they do or the way they interact with others.
If you attend a paid program and are not satisfied that you received great
value, effective tools or skills that will assist you please contact our
customer satisfaction department and we will refund your registration fee, less
30% for our administration and material fees. Our training programs are designed
to empower and enlighten you; if we do not meet that need than there is no
reason for you to pay. Your Satisfaction is our Success!
