Attendee Refund/Cancellation Policy
The ComplyScore trainings or events can be
cancelled. However, cancellation policies vary from event to event. Please
contact any of our executives for complete details.
Cancellations received before
of event may be eligible to receive a full refund.
Cancellation received during the last 24 hours of the
event will be given credit note which can be used to purchase another product.
In-person events: Cancellation charge may be levied.
Cancellations received before 15 days of the event may be
eligible to receive a full refund less $100 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be
eligible for a refund however depending on the reason of cancellation a credit
note can be offered.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must
be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used
