What do I need to bring on seminar day?
You may want to bring your favorite pen and
notebook for note-taking. Also, layered clothing is smart as heating and cooling
conditions may vary.
Can someone else attend with me?
Yes. Call the customer service center for seating
availability at 1-800-349-1935 and enroll them today.
What time does the seminar start?
Check-in time for most one- and two-day programs
begin at 8:30 a.m. The training day will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
Most morning sessions for half-day seminars begin check-in at 8:00 a.m., with
the program beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at noon. Afternoon sessions for
half-day seminars offer check-in at 1:00 p.m., with the program beginning at
1:30 p.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Check your confirmation for the exact check-in
and program times or call the customer service center at 1-800-349-1935.
Can I earn CEU credits for attending your
public seminars?
Yes, we offer the following Continuing Education
options:
Contact Hours
Andere Seminars provides Contact Hours for every
training program. Contact Hours are calculated 1:1 of time spent in training.
CEU
Andere Seminars offers Continuing Education
Credits that are based on program length and completion. Credits are issued
according to the National Task Force for Continuing Education guidelines, and
approval is at the discretion of your licensing board. Questions and concerns
should be directed to your professional licensing board or agency.
HRCI
Andere Seminars is an Approved Provider of
continuing education for all HRCI certification designations. Credits are
determined by the Human Resources Certification Institute upon review and
approval of each course.
SHRM
Andere Seminars is a Preferred Provider of
continuing education for all SHRM certification designations. Credits are
determined by the Society for Human Resource Management upon review and approval
of each course.
What if I need to cancel?
You may send a substitute from your organization
or transfer your registration fee to another seminar of your choice that is
scheduled within 12 months of your original date. If you are canceling more than
10 business days prior to the seminar, you may request a refund of your tuition
less a cancellation fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend,
you are still responsible for payment.
How will I be notified of any changes to my
scheduled seminar?
The Andere Customer Service Department will
notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled
seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation).
What if I require special attention because of
a disability?
Andere Seminars will strive to accommodate your

Will other related learning resources be
available at the seminar?
Yes they will. You'll find a compelling selection
of books, tapes, and software you can purchase at special seminar-only pricing.
