Leading and Influencing in a Matrix Environment - Management / Leadership Seminar
Many of the world’s most successful organizations utilize a matrix management structure
in favor of a traditional hierarchy, but leading and working in a matrix can also pose
unique challenges. To be successful in a matrix, leaders must establish alignment and
accountability, harness the creative power of conflict, leverage influence, demonstrate
efficient and effective decision making, and foster a climate of teamwork and collaboration.
In this workshop, participants will gain the skills and tools necessary to foster
a climate of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability in order to drive results as a
leader in a matrix organization.
