This program is designed for the construction or design professional, risk manager, claims professional, developer or project manager involved in construction of large-scale residential or commercial construction. The program is designed to discuss and analyze the engineering and construction issues underlying much of the construction defect litigation today, including, but not limited to mold litigation.
