Attendees will identify correct assessment and progression of lumbopelvic stabilization exercises promoting the creation of effective, individualized programs. Discover how to integrate Pilates, yoga, unstable surface exercises into a stability program to alter dysfunctional movement patterns for diagnosis' such as ITB dysfunction, pelvic girdle dysfunctions, lumbar spine pathologies, and shoulder girdle instabilities. The information covered in this course will be immediately applicable to clinical practice improve outcomes.
