GRIT: What Successful People Have in Common
Develop the passion and motivation to reach
all your goals
What really drives success? Why does success seem
to come easy to some people while others seem to work harder for the same
outcomes? New research suggests it’s because of a trait called “GRIT” – passion
and perseverance to achieve long-term goals. But, if GRIT does not come
naturally, can it be developed? The answer is a resounding “YES”! In this
one-of-a-kind seminar developed by a Ph.D. in work psychology, you will explore
an original approach to developing and applying the mindset and competencies
needed to demonstrate GRIT. You and your team can build that unique advantage to
achieve more success in both the short and long term.
