What can I legally say and not say to get paid and not have a law suit against me or my company
How to structure your credit team to handle the delinquent accounts and implement a process for dealing with them

Anyone who has less than 5 years in the Credit/Collections field will benefit from this session as collections is much more involved than just making a phone call, sending an e-mail or a letter and hoping for the payment to arrive. You will learn several successful approaches that I have used in the thirty years of managing credit departments in the fields of clothing, wine, door and window manufacturing and the medical device field.
