Syllabus:
This seminar is designed for attorneys, freight and shipping managers, plant managers, manufacturers, wholesales, logistics coordinators, transportation directors, security and insurance professionals.
This one-day seminar will provide attendees with an in-depth review of recent developments in the regulation of freight transport security. Topics to be discussed include current and proposed requirements imposed by the Department of Homeland Security, the Trade Act Authorization of 2002, the Transportation Security Administration, and U.S. Customs. Various transportation security programs and many other changes involving transportation security will also be covered.
