DESCRIPTION

Good negotiation skills are not something you are born with; they are a learned skill. In real-life conflict resolution situations, one size does not fit all. Just as a mechanic does not fix every car with the same tool, cannot hope to resolve every dispute using the same technique. This seminar is designed to teach you the skills necessary to consistently turn conflict into productive opportunities.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • To learn to solve conflict problems by negotiating the issues more frequently to a win/win conclusion
  • Work together as a team more effectively, and wherever conflict might flair in the future
  • To become more competent and confident handling conflict, reducing workplace stress
