It will cover the essential components, the benefits of the various approaches, how to select the right participants and how to prepare for, run and follow up a session. The roles, skills and techniques of the interviewer, facilitator and scribe will be defined and the course will provide practice for all participants through the use of a sample scenario and role play. |
